SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time, at the above location, Troopers from the Middlesex

State Police barracks were called to a report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave a residence.

 

Upon arrival, Troopers met with the victim, Nicole Napoli, 45, of Waterbury. She

advised that a Ryan E. Trudel, 38, also of Waterbury, had destroyed many of her

personal effects inside the home and refused repeated requests to leave.

 

Troopers located Trudel inside and arrested him without incident. He was

transported to the Middlesex barracks where he was processed for the above

violation. Trudel was subsequently evaluated by a mental health professional and

transported to the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for detox.

 

Washington County Superior Court imposed conditions of release upon Trudel,

including to appear before the court on February 4, 2020 at 1245 hours to answer

to the aforementioned charge.
