SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 02-23-20 at approximately 1010 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to a disabled vehicle in the middle of the road on Route 5 in Weathersfield.  Troopers met with the operator, Steven L. Hutt.  Hutt showed multiple signs of impairment and was taken into custody for suspected DUI-drugs.  Hutt was transported to the Westminster Barracks and processed prior to being released on a citation to appear in Windsor County Superior Court Criminal Division to answer for the charge.
