SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On January 26, 2020, at approximately 0918 hours, Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 7 in the town of Georgia during a directed patrol.  The operator Franklin Estevez was found to have a criminally suspended Vermont operator's license. Estevez was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on March 16, 2020, at 1300 hours for the charge of Driving License Suspended Criminal.
