VIOLATION:

              1. DUI Drugs

 

ACCUSED: Michael Perlman                                               

AGE: 38

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Leicester, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: During the afternoon hours of December 24th, 2019 a Trooper with VSP Williston patrolled the town of Charlotte.

 

At approximately 1601 hours, the Trooper conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Route 7 by Ferry Road subsequent to an observed moving violation.

 

The operator of the vehicle was identified as Michael Perlman (age 38) of Leicester, VT. Subsequent investigation determined that Perlman had been operating the motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing.

 

At the conclusion of processing Perlman was released with a citation to appear before Chittenden County Superior Court on March 10th, 2020 at 0830 hours to answer to the aforementioned charge.
