INCIDENT LOCATION: Vermont Route 103 Ludlow, Vermont

VIOLATION: DUI

 

ACCUSED: Emma L. Franzeim                                                 

AGE: 37

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Harvard, MA

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police stopped 37-year-old Emma L. Franzeim on Vermont Route 103 in the Town of Ludlow (Windsor County) Vermont, for a speeding violation.

 

Investigation revealed that Franzeim had been drinking and was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.  Franzeim was transported to Ludlow Police Department for processing.

 

Franzeim was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on December 31, 2019 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
