INCIDENT LOCATION: Vermont Route 131, Weathersfield, Vermont

VIOLATION: DLS

 

ACCUSED:  Madison S. Pokrzywka                                                

AGE: 20

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On this date and time, Vermont State Police stopped 20-year-old Madison S. Pokrzywka on Vermont Route 131 in the Town of Weathersfield (Windsor County) Vermont.

 

Investigation revealed that Pokrzywka’s driver’s license was under criminal suspension in the State of Vermont.  Pokrzywka was arrested and transported to Springfield Police Department for processing.

 

Pokrzywka was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on February 4, 2020 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
