SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 12/14/19 at approximately 0230 hours, Troopers received a report of a two-vehicle crash which occurred on Interstate 91 Northbound, near the Springfield, VT exit. Cassandra Kinerson stated she was struck by another vehicle who did not stop to render aid or exchange information and subsequently fled the scene.

Troopers are asking for the publics assistance in this case attempting to locate the vehicle and operator who fled the scene. The vehicle involved was reported to be a newer model large SUV, possibly a Cadillac or GMC make, which was black in color. The vehicle involved may have damage from impacting into several sections of guardrail, or damage to the front passenger side from the initial collision.
