SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 10, 2019, at approximately 2334 hours, Troopers responded to a minor motor vehicle crash on Route 7, in the town of Georgia (VT).  Upon arrival, Troopers identified the operator as Patricia Boyce, age 54, of St. Albans City (VT). 

 

Further investigation led Troopers to suspect that Boyce was operating under the influence of alcohol.  After completion of the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, Boyce was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. 

 

Boyce was transported to and processed at the Vermont State Police Barracks in St. Albans.  At the conclusion of processing, Boyce was released with a citation ordering her to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on December 23, 2019, at 1300 hours to answer to the above charge.
