SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 12/24/19 at approximately 0850 hours, Vermont State Police

responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Route 2 and West

West Shore Road after failing to see David Sumner, 62, of Essex Junction

traveling eastbound.  Sumner's vehicle struck Douse's vehicle in the

passenger's side bumper which caused her to spin counterclockwise and leave the

roadway ending up in a swamp. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Both
