SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 12/23/19 at approximately 0309 hours VT State Police received a report of a

single vehicle crash on Scott Highway in the area of Welch Rd. Groton Fire

Department and Troopers responded to the area. Upon arrival Troopers suspected

the operator was under the influence of alcohol.

 

The operator, identified as Dylan Copping (20), was screened and arrested for

suspicion of DUI. Copping was transported to St. Johnsbury Barracks for

processing.
