SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 12/24/2019 at approximately 1829 hours, Trooper Aremburg was patrolling Route

2 in the area of N Concord when he conducted a motor vehicle stop for a speeding

violation.

 

The operator, identified as Dean Switser, was found to be operating the motor

vehicle with a criminally suspended license. Switser was taken into custody and

transported to St. Johnsbury barracks to be processed.
