SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

  On the above mentioned date and time, Troopers with the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Interstate 91 North in the town of Sheffield. The initial investigation revealed the operator, Joseph Bernitt, lost control of his vehicle due to the accumulation of snow and ice on the side of the roadway. After losing control, Bernitt's vehicle then struck the guardrail, which removed the front left tire from the vehicle. Bernitt was not injured from the crash.
