SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On December 11, 2019 at approximately 2201 hours, Troopers from the St.

Johnsbury Barracks responded to a reported single vehicle crash on S Main St in

Bradford. Troopers arrived to the scene and discovered that Samantha Fandino

(22) was travelling south on S Main St in her 2016 Honda Civic when she lost

control of her vehicle and struck a parked vehicle.

 

Further investigation found that Fandino's Vermont Driver's License was under

criminal suspension. Fandino was released on citation to appear in Orange County

Criminal Court on February 5, 2020 at 0800 hours.
