SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12-31-19, at approximately 1216 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 91 near mile marker 102. The operator, Tharen Amidon, was found to have a criminally suspended driver's license. He was arrested and later released on a Citation to appear.
