SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/11/2019 at approximately 0013 hours, Vermont State Police received a call from Deborah Bohannon who resides at 2385 Frontage Rd in Highgate. Bohannon advised there was an altercation with an individual outside her residence which resulted in her smashing a truck window.

 

With speaking to the victim and a witness, it was determined that Bohannon would not get out of the victim's truck due to a verbal argument between the two. Bohannon smashed the truck window causing property damage.

 

Bohannon was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court for the offense of Unlawful Mischief.
