VIOLATION: DUI

 

ACCUSED: Michael Auger

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Epsom, NH

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

               

                On December 16th, 2019 at approximately 2059 hours the Vermont State Police arrived on the scene of a single vehicle crash on the I-89 North Exit 19 off-ramp.  Subsequent investigation revealed that the operator and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as Michael Auger (age 37 of Epsom, NH), had been operating while under the influence of alcohol.  Auger was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.  At the conclusion of the processing Auger was released on citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 01/06/20 at 1300 hours to answer for the charge of DUI.
