SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 31st 2019 at 1529 hours a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Patrick Ryan on Bushey Road in the town of Swanton due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Ryan was charged with Driving While License Suspended and released with a citation to appear before the Franklin County District Court on January 27th 2020 at 1300 hours in order to face the aforementioned charge.
