SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

               

                On December 24th, 2019 at approximately 2003 hours the Vermont State Police were notified of a single vehicle crash on Woodward Neighborhood Road in Berkshire, VT.  Subsequent investigation revealed that the operator, identified as Heather Walker-Brazie (age 35 of Enosburg), was ultimately determined to have been operating while under criminal suspension.  Walker-Brazie was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County District Court on 01/27/20 to answer to the charge of Driving While License Suspended (Criminal).
