VIOLATION:                           23 VSA 1201: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI)                                 

 

ACCUSED:                             CAITLIN M MALLOY 

AGE:                                       34

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 28, 2019, at approximately 0013 hours, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on Depot Street in Manchester (VT) for a moving violation.  Troopers identified the operator as Caitlin M Malloy, age 34, of Manchester (VT). 

 

Further investigation led Troopers to suspect Malloy was operating under the influence of alcohol.  After completion of the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, Malloy was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. 

 

Malloy was transported to and processed at the Manchester Police Department.  At the conclusion of processing, Malloy was released with a citation ordering her to appear in the Bennington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on January 13, 2020, at 08:15 hours to answer to the above charge.
