SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 22, 2019, at approximately 0052 hours, Shaftsbury Troopers initiated a traffic stop on VT RT 11/30, in Manchester (VT). 

 

Troopers identified the operator as Jonathan Rutledge, age 41, of St. Johnsbury.  Jonathan was found to be operating the motor vehicle under criminal suspension (DLS) and to have been in violation of his Court Ordered Conditions of Release.

 

Rutledge was taken into custody and transported to the Manchester Police Department for processing.  Rutledge was later released on citation and ordered to appear in the Bennington County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on February 10, 2020 at 0815 hours.
