ACCUSED: William J. Brown                                              

AGE: 36

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Pownal, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police executed a

search warrant on a Mortimer Street address in the Town of Bennington. This

warrant was a result of information received on the whereabouts of William J.

Brown. Brown was wanted by State Police after evading arrest during a motor

vehicle pursuit on the evening of 11/30/2019.

 

During the execution of the search warrant, Brown was located and arrested

without incident. Brown was later transported to the Shaftsbury State Police

Barracks where he was processed for the above offenses. Brown was remanded to

the Marble Valley Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail.
