SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On December 19, 2019, at approximately 1607 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks were assigned to a two-vehicle crash on US Route 4, near the Home Depot, Rutland Town, Vermont.

Through investigation it was determined Operator #2 (Stickney) was operating vehicle #2, traveling westbound on US Route 4 at a complete stop for a red light. Operator #1 (Locascio-Woods) was operating vehicle #1, traveling westbound on US Route 4. Vehicle #1 rear ended vehicle #2 at approximately 15-mph. Both vehicles were able to be driven away.
