INCIDENT LOCATION: Woodstock Ave and Bellevue Avenue in the City of Rutland

VIOLATION: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.

 

ACCUSED: Michael Lang

AGE: 28

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: West Rutland, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 28, 2019 at approximately 2242 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Woodstock Avenue and Bellevue Avenue in the City of Rutland. State Police made contact with the operator of the vehicle, who was identified as Michael Lang (28) of West Rutland, VT. Further investigation revealed that Lang was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with a criminally suspended license. Lang was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks. Lang was finger printed and photographed and issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court on February 17, 2020 at 0830 hours to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS.
