INCIDENT LOCATION: US Route 4 Eastbound in Rutland Town

VIOLATION: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.

 

ACCUSED: Parker Sheehan

AGE: 23

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Middletown Springs, VT.

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 27, 2019 at approximately 1900 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Route 4 in Rutland Town for a speeding violation. State Police made contact with the operator of the vehicle, who was identified as Parker Sheehan (23) of Middletown Springs, Vermont.  Record checks through the Department of Motor Vehicles indicated Sheehan was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with a criminally suspended license. Sheehan was issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court on February 17, 2020 at 0830 hours to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS, and then released.  Sheehan was also issued a Vermont Civil Violation for speeding.
