SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On December 15, 2019, at approximately 1051 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks were notified of a family fight on Barnes Street, in the Town of West Rutland, Vermont.

Through investigation it was determined that Noel F. Duprey assaulted a family or household member and took their phone from them during the incident. Duprey was later located and placed in custody then transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing. Duprey was later lodged on $15,000 bail at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility and ordered to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division on December 16, 2019, at 12:30 PM.
