SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12/19/19 at approximately 00:30 hours, Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle which had crashed on Dairy Hill in Royalton. The operator, Mark Bomalaski, was located walking away from the scene of the crash. Subsequent investigation led to Bomalaski being arrested for the suspicion of Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol. He was transported to the Royalton Barracks where he was processed and released on citation.
