SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On December 27, 2019 at approximately 1000 hours, Troopers from the Middlesex State Police

barracks were notified of a citizen dispute in the Town of Waterbury.

 

The victim reported that a Robert A. Durand, 28, of Waterbury, VT, followed her

vehicle and interrupted her movement multiple times between the

Kneeland Flats Trailer Park and Main Street.

 

Investigation revealed that Durand performed a course of conduct that included

the unwanted following and harassment of the victim, obstructing the flow of traffic, operating

his vehicle in a negligent manner and operating with a criminally suspended

license.

 

Troopers located Durand in the early morning hours of December 28, 2019.  He was

issued a citation to appear before the Washington County Superior Court on

January 16, 2020 to answer for the above charges.
