SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 11/12/2019 at approximately 2210 hours, a single vehicle

crash occurred on Route 117 by Skunk Hollow Road in Jericho. The vehicle drove off the roadway while traveling southbound before striking a guardrail and crossing the roadway coming to a position of rest off the northbound side of the road. The operator, Jordan Matheison (23) of Jericho, was uninjured and showed signs of impairment. Further investigation found Matheison to be under the influence of alcohol. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks for processing. The Vermont State Police were assisted at the crash scene by Essex Police Department.
