VIOLATION: DUI #2

ACCUSED: Adam Randolph                                                
AGE: 35
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Chicopee, MA

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On this date and time, Vermont State Police stopped 35-year-old Adam Randolph on Vermont Route 100 in the Town of Ludlow (Windsor County) Vermont, for a motor vehicle violation.

Investigation determined that Randolph had been drinking and he was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.  Randolph was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing.

Randolph was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on November 26, 2019 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
