SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 11, 2019 at approximately 0937 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Upper Pleasant Valley Road and Vanat Road in the Town of Cambridge, after observing a traffic infraction.  State Police made contact with the operator, who was identified as Devin Ashley (DOB: 7-5-1996).  Further investigation revealed that Ashley was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway with a criminally suspended license.  Ashley was subsequently issued three traffic tickets and a citation to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court Criminal Division on January 20, 2020 at 1230 PM to answer the charge of DLS-C.
