SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 11/15/19 at approximately 0749 hours, State Police responded to the area of 5 U.S. 302 in Topsham to a two vehicle crash. Denver Lussier, 21, of Barre was traveling westbound on U.S. 302 when she crossed the double yellow line side-swiping a vehicle driven by Shaun Laflam, 47, of Williamstown traveling eastbound. The drivers and the other occupants were not injured.

 

 

Vermont Civil Violation Complaint(s): Lussier was issued two tickets; one for title 23 1038, Driving on roadways lanned for traffic & title 23 676, operating with a civilly suspended license (second or subsequent).
