INCIDENT LOCATION: Ethan Allen Hwy, Georgia VT

VIOLATION: Domestic Assault

 

ACCUSED: Heather Greenia

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.)

On 11/18/2019 at approximately 2055 hours, Vermont State Police received a call from an address on Ethan Allen Hwy in Georgia, VT about a possible domestic assault that occurred at the residence.

 

There were visible marks on the victims neck area.

 

Investigation revealed that Heather Greenia(21) of Georgia, VT put her hands on the victims neck and hit the back of the victims head multiple times.

 

Both parties were separated and medical attention was not needed.

 

Greenia was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court for the above offense.
