SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time VSP members conducted a traffic stop for an altered inspection sticker on I-89 NB in St. Albans Town, VT. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Dennis R. Mossey of Georgia, VT. Mossey had 3 active warrants for his arrest indicating original charges of Domestic Assault, Escape, and DLS. He was arrested without incident and brought to corrections. He was also issued a citation for DLS #5+ for DUI and a ticket for 23 VSA 203(a2), Altered Inspection Sticker, which has a waiver penalty of $299 and includes a 60-day license suspension.
