SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time, State Police stopped Connolly on Vt Rt 100 in Duxbury for a speeding

violation.  Connolly was showing signs of being under the influence of alcohol.

He was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in

Middlesex for processing.  Connolly was issued a citation for DUI.  He is

scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court - Criminal Division on

12/05/19 at 08:30 AM.
