SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
For the week of
Keenan I. Richard, 22, of White River Jct., VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel Arrato on December 15, 2024, at approximately 1809 hours, on Interstate 89 S MM 31.8 in the town of Randolph. He was cited to appear at the Superior Court of Orange County on February 5, 2025.
Gerald Billings, 72, of Middlebury, VT was stopped by Corporal Justin Busby on December 14, 2024, at 1446 hours on Weybridge Street in Middlebury. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on January 27, 2025.
Damion Bothwell, 25, of Charlotte, VT was stopped on December 12, 2024, at 1545 hours on Longpoint Road in Ferrisburgh by Trooper Taylor Demick. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Addison County on January 13, 2025.
Adrienne Cole, 36, of Rutland City, VT was stopped by Trooper Daniel St. Clair at 0013 hours on December 16, 2024, on US Route 7 and US Route 4 in Rutland Town. She is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Rutland County on March 3, 2025.
Graham Cassinell, 44, of Randolph, VT was stopped by Trooper Stacia Geno on December 13, 2024, on VT Route 107 and VT Route 14 at 1100 hours. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windsor County on February 4, 2025.
Eric Greene, 32, of Putney, VT was stopped by Trooper Peter Romeo on December 16, 2024, at 0859 hours on Canal Street in Brattleboro. He is cited to appear at the Superior Court of Windham County on January 21, 2025.
