SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

The Vermont State Police is investigating an incident in which graffiti was spray-painted on a large trench shield that had been unearthed as part of ongoing construction work near the municipal office building in Waterbury. The graffiti was reported at about 6:20 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020, and stated “State Police support — WLM as well.”

 

The state police has informed the Vermont Attorney General’s Office under the Bias Incident Reporting System.
