SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On April 8, 2020 at 1441 hours, Vermont State Police received a call regarding a crash that occurred on Homestead Acres in the town of Swanton. Vehicle #1 backed into vehicle #2 causing damage slight damage to the rear of vehicle #1 and the front end of vehicle #2.  Operator #1 performed field sobriety tests roadside and was subsequently arrested for DUI. Haller-Daskalides was taken to the St. Albans Barracks for processing and was cited to appear in Franklin County Court on June 22, 2020 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of DUI
