SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: : On February 13th, 2020, at approximately 1445 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks conducted a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street in the City of Rutland (VT).

 

Troopers identified the operator as, Ryan Abar (33) of Fair Haven (VT). Investigation revealed, Abar, was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway, while under criminal suspension. Abar was arrested and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing. Abar was released, on citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division on April 20th, 2020.
