SUMMARY OF CRASH: On the above date and time, Troopers from the Vermont State

Police - Shaftsbury Barracks responded to the intersection of Dunlap Farm Rd and

Lawrence Rd in Sunderland for a single motor vehicle crash. Tommy Himes was

operating a 2017 Nissan Rogue, too fast for road conditions, when he failed to

navigate a right hand turn in the roadway. The vehicle left the roadway striking

a tree causing extensive driver side damage. No injuries were reported.
