SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 8/12/2019 at 1645 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a residence on Baldwin Road in Newbury, VT for a female refusing to leave the residence. The female, later identified as Tamamriah Guevin, 27 of Whitefield, NH, refused Troopers orders to leave the residence. When Troopers attempted to take Guevin into custody, she then resisted arrest, and later kicked a Trooper in the chest. At 1900 hours, Guevin was released on court ordered conditions.

At 1908 hours, Troopers received a call from the residence on Baldwin Road that Guevin was violating her conditions of release by harassing the individuals there by phone. Guevin was then located in Bradford, VT and taken into custody by Troopers. The court was contacted again, and Guevin was ordered held on $45,000 bail at NERCC in St. Johnsbury. Guevin is scheduled to appear in Orange County Court on 8/13/2019 at 1230 hours to answer to the aforementioned charges.
