SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 16 at approximately 1430 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police, Rutland Barracks were dispatched to a trespassing complaint in Poultney (VT). During the course of the investigation, Troopers determined that Shawn Ogrady had been on a property where he was currently trespassed from.

 

Ogrady was cited to appear in criminal court on April 8, 2019
