SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

               On 2/11/19, at approximately 1250 hours, Vermont State Police responded to North Country Junior High School, located in the town of Derby after a juvenile made several verbal threats. Vermont State Police investigated the incident and found the threats made were not credible. Vermont State Police stress this is an isolated incident and at no point was there any threat to students or staff. The Vermont State police will not release the name of the juvenile involved and the investigation is ongoing.
