SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/18/19 Troopers at the Vermont State Police Barracks

in Shaftsbury received information that authorities in the State of Connecticut

had requested and were granted an arrest warrant for Richard Koproski, of

Woodford, after threatening to harm a family member who lives in that state. The

warrant was made extraditable from surrounding states, to include Vermont.

Due to the nature of the threats, Troopers applied for and were granted a search

warrant for Koproski's residence as part of the process to locate and take

Koproski into custody as well as to seize any and all firearms and ammunition as

ordered by Connecticut State Court. Koproski was taken into custody on 01/22/19

at approximately 1400 hours at his residence without incident. Koproski was

later remanded to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility for lack of 25,000
