SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Troopers from the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding on Interstate 89 Southbound. The vehicle exited off the Interstate on Exit 3 and turned toward Bethel on VT Route 107. Troopers pursued the vehicle from the junction of VT Route 107 and Interstate 89 to the junction of VT Route 107 and North Road in Bethel. The pursuit ended when the vehicle stopped. Philip Renaud (DOB: 09/23/1958) was arrested for Attempting to Elude. Renaud was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division on 02/19/2019 at 0800 hours.
