SUMMARY OF CRASH: Both vehicles were traveling southbound on I-91 in the area of exit 3 in Brattleboro. Investigation revealed that Levangie was directly behind Tetreault. Levangie rear ended Tetreault because Levangie was distracted and unaware that Tetreault was slowing down in front of him. Levangies vehicle was towed from the scene and Tetreault was able to drive his vehicle away. Members of the Windham County Sheriff’s Department, Brattleboro Fire Department and Rescue Inc. responded and assisted at the scene.
