SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09/14/2018 at approximately 0116 hours, a Vermont State

Trooper stopped a vehicle for crossing the fog line several times on US Route 5

in the Town of Newport. The operator was identified as Morgan Kallahan.

Investigation revealed Kallahan was operating her vehicle while under the

influence of alcohol. Kallahan was placed under arrest and transported to the

Derby Barracks where she was processed for DUI and later released on a citation

to appear in court.
