Philip Gover (age 38) woke up and saw that the back window of his Honda Civic was smashed out. He also observed that all four tires on the vehicle were slashed. Both Gover and his girlfriend suspected Brian Draper (age 45) of Saint Albans due to ongoing issues.

Once service was obtained on the cell phone of Gover's girlfriend, it was seen that text messages were sent from Draper right around the time this is believed to have happened.
