SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 18, 2018, at approximately 11:54 PM, the Vermont

Sate Police were notified of a family fight at 3066 Winhall Hollow Road, in the

town of Londonderry. After an investigation, it was determined that Cullen S.

Howe assaulted a family member. He was arrested and transported to the Winhall

Police Department for fingerprints and photographs. The Honorable Judge Michael

Kainen issued conditions of released and he was released on a citation to appear

in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on August 20, 2018, at

12:30 PM.
