SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the morning of 08/04/18, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Shaftsbury

Barracks responded to a single vehicle crash on Old Military Road, a public

highway located in the Town of Pownal. Upon arrival, V#1 was at a position of uncontrolled rest down an embankment and had been on fire. Pownal and Pownal  Valley Fire Departments responded to the scene and extinguished the active flames.

 

There was no operator was present with V#1, however, New York Registration plates were found on the vehicle. Anyone with information regarding the crash is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police Shaftsbury
