SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 29th, 2018, at approximately 1850 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police, Shaftsbury Barracks responded to a report of a theft from a vehicle in the Dollar General parking lot in Arlington, VT.  Investigation revealed that Geoffrey Gamble, age 18, of Arlington, VT, pulled into the Dollar General parking lot next to the vehicle owned by Edward Jenks.  Gambled reached into Jenks’ vehicle and took into his possession, property that belonged to Jenks.  Gamble was later located and issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Bennington Criminal Division on September 17th, 2018, to answer to the charge of Petit Larceny.
